The First Glasgow Geroscience Symposium was held on June 12^th and featured a series of multi-disciplinary talks from a range of National and International speakers from across Europe.SoMB  were fully represented by the event Chair, Prof. Paul Shiels, Dr Ognian Neytchev  and Dr Nathan Woodling,, both of whom spoke at the event. The Symposium also incorporated the Tenovus Medal Lecture, which this year was delivered by Medallist Prof. Maggie Harnett, who received her award from Prof. Iain MacInnes.
